How to view your AppData folder on Vista

On Vista If you cannot view the AppData folder:
  1. If you cannot see the menu bar, you have to press the Alt-key on the keyboard and the menu bar should be visible.
  2. click Tools (or View) | Folder Options.
  3. Click the View Tab.
  4. Select Show Hidden Files and Folders.
  5. Click Like Current Folder or Apply to All Folders.
  6. Click Yes.
  7. Click OK.
