do any print 12 x 12 books???  and anyone comment on difference in quality from one company to another or are they all about the same??? thanks

Hi from Canada.  I have been extremely satified with photobooks from Futureshop.ca (in the photofinishing section).   They currently offer only medium-sized books, 8.5” X 11”, with a variety of covers.  The 20 page books start at $35.99cdn and the 40 page books start at $60.99cdn. Extra pages are $1.40 with a 50 page maximum.  The quality is amazing, just like a coffee table book.  There is NO delivery charge - I just pick up the books at my local Futureshop. Takes about 5 business days after uploading.  No software downloads required just upload jpegs.  Of the Canadian companies printing photobooks this is the only one I have found that allows me to upload a full page that I create myself (in photoshop)with as few or as many pics as I want.  The other companies (Black's, Walmart, Costco etc. require the use of their specific templates).  The only caution is that they do crop the pages a bit so I my background paper 8.5” X 11” but make sure that the photos, journaling etc are in an area less than 8"x10.3" to allow for some cropping and also the gutter.  You also need to take into account the gutter i.e. whether it will be a left page with a right gutter or a right page with a left gutter.  In the final review stage you will be able to see what your pages will look like and if you need to adjust anything.  A final note - they often have the photobooks on sale - I just printed 12 books at 40% off so my 50 page books cost just over $40.00cdn each including tax.  I make up my books, save them on the Futureshop website and wait for a sale!

Awesome quality!!  TLC's printing partner has been printing one-off library quality bound books for 50 years. I agree with Ossie's comment on the photo books from TLC (Top Line Creations). Top Line Creations photobooks are great quality, the binding is bound strong and i would reckomend them to everyone using the lifetimez program you can create gorgeous albums that are easy to make!
