Multiple Category Search: i.e. I want all my yellow paper.
Question:
I have organized my digital kits by type
(paper, etc.) and I have organized my paper by color. How can I search
for all my yellow paper? I want all paper that is yellow, that is
includes both tags. I don't want everything that is yellow and
everything that is paper.
This is really simple to do but it is kind of hidden in ACDSee.
The trick is Match Any & Match All. Here are the directions:
If everything you want to search for is a category, use the organizer pane. To get it there, go to View | Organize
So let's say I choose my yellow category and paper. I select the little box on each category.
The important thing is a little choice at the top of the organizer pane called Match Any/Match All.
If I choose Match Any: It will bring up anything categorized yellow and
also anything categorized paper. Probably not what you want. Think of
it as any paper, any yellow, etc.
If I choose Match All: It will bring up anything categorized yellow AND paper. Thus your yellow paper.
To switch between Match Any/Alll, just click it on and a drop down
menu will appear.
Do you know of a Photo Book or Printing company that you would like to add to the list? Or are you a representative of one of these companies and would like to manage the information and photos on these pages.
