ON XP:  How to View your Local Settings Folder
  1. If you cannot view the Local Settings folder:
  2. Click Tools (or View) | Folder Options.
  3. Click the View Tab.
  4. Select Show Hidden Files and Folders.
  5. Click Like Current Folder or Apply to All Folders.
  6. Click Yes.
  7. Click OK.
