Creating a Contact Sheet in Photo Manager
You can do a contact sheet of anything you want. You
could select all the images in the digital kit. You could select only
the paper in a digital kit. You could do 2 contacts sheeets, one for
paper and one for elements.
- Select the items that you’d like on the preview. If they aren’t next
to each other, open the image basket (View | Image Basket) and click
& drag them into the image basket.
- Go to Create | Create Contact Sheet You must select images before you can do this and if the features is greyed that that is the reason why.

- Look
at the images on the sheet – decide if they all fit. If they don’t,
then slide the size sliders to add columns and/or rows – whichever
combination creates what you’d like
- Photo Manager will
create
multiple pages if there are a number of items. Verify that you have the
right number of pages and if not, go back to step 1 and adjust
rows/columns again.
- When you are ready to save the sheets – on the right,
- click Browse under the Output File Path.
- Give the previews a file name. You can use filename "preview.jpg", or you can use
"kitnamePreview.jpg" or whatever you’d like. We recommend saving the preview with digital kit.
- Click Save.
- Click OK (sometimes it won’t do it, then go back & change the output file name
To see the new preview go to an outer folder & come back into the folder where you saved it and it will be there.
