Auto Category Question: I have a misspelled author or designer name. How do I get rid of them? |

The first thing to do is click on Author in Auto Categories, then hit F5 on the keyboard to refresh.
If the misspelled Author is still displayed, then:
- Click it to show the images assigned to it.
- Select all the entries (Ctrl-a) for the misspelled Author and
use the Properties pane to change the author name to the correct spelling.
- After that, click
Author again in Auto Categories, then click F5 to refresh.
The mispelled author should disappear. If not, let it be and next ACDSee restarts it will probably be gone.
