DigiScrapInfo FAQ

Welcome to our page of most commonly asked questions related to digital scrapbooking.

This page allows you to find information in a number of ways:

1. Left Column – Browse the categories by topic

1. Show all Categories gives a file tree

2. Note that ACDSee Products can be expanded to show many topics

2. Search box – Search by a key word (for example if you’re having problems with thumbnails, then search for ‘thumbnail’). Try using a variety of words.

3. Right Column – Browse the Top 10 viewed FAQ’s. These are the most commonly requested topics.

4. Top Menu Bar

1. Advanced Search – this option is in the blue bar and allows more searching options

2. Add Content – Request information on a certain topic & we will consider it

3. Ask Question – Please post in our forum for a quick response, but this can also be used.

4. Open Questions – You can review previously asked questions & the answers

5. Help & Contact – Please feel free to email us about anything!

5. RSS Buttons – These can be used to subscribe to various parts of our FAQ’s

1. Click on the one you want and subscribe to the RSS feed using your blogreader.
