Great Quality Product, but...

I have used Viovio twice to create photo books. the quality has been great. I gave them as gifts, and the recipients thought they were great. The quality of the photos were good, and the paper used was good. The photo cover was excellent!Both times I used the service, I created the books using a desktop publishing solution, and converted the documents to PDF, then uploaded to Viovio to print. So, I have not actually used Viovio's book creation capability. Because I was so satisfied with the product I had received in the past, I attempted to create a book again. This time I ran into issues, and this is where I found the weaknesses. I tried this over the weekend, and the help feature was little to non-existent. I did receive an error message, but it was non-specific. When I tried to look it up, there seemed to be several things to try, the most notable of these was tweaking with the pdf settings. None of these seemed to work, and I was not successful in getting the document into Viovio for printing. |
